I think most of us on here appreciate the slightly slower pace, less dickheads, more actual discussion and less shitfights. So why doesn't NPR proactively move towards that model and use it as a differentiator from PR. This is run by an unpaid individual and the mods are unpaid individuals (sincere thanks chaps) so we don't have to follow any PR rules, written or unwritten. Why don't we make NPR the place to come for decent chat and discussion without the dickhead trolling and constant shitfights.Yesterday’s Semi final match thread on PR had twice as many shitfight posts as anything to do with the actual rugby
I'm not suggesting we can't have arguments and the odd emotional meltdown and well as all the fun of the fair, and everyone should be able to call JMK a cunt at least once (maybe twice?) a week, but what's the point of us putting up with the likes of Muttonbird, just zap the cunt and move on. If you can't behave yourself get zapped. Collective punishment for Swarming etc, our bored, our rules, like it or not. Might even encourage lurkers to get more involved.
If folk want to move between the 2 then that's great, but on this one we have proper chat, discussion and well placed spite.
Just a thought
