Mrs PB probably support PB jnr with his sport activitiesPaddington Bear wrote: ↑Thu Aug 10, 2023 4:27 pmIn fairness to the future Mrs PB, she isn't from a sporting family so really doesn't get the culture. I.e. her understanding of someone who plays a sport is you'd choose 4 or 5 weekends a year and play then, rather than play and train every week of a season. Being from a sporting family I assumed this was blindingly obvious.Ovals wrote: ↑Thu Aug 10, 2023 2:41 pmTBF to Mrs Oval - I played cricket every Sat ever since we got married - and it's only in the last few years that I'd even consider going on holiday in the cricket season - and she never complained.OomStruisbaai wrote: ↑Thu Aug 10, 2023 1:08 pm
Working away in the week also didnt help. They never understand the shining of the ball on your pants.

My Mrs seems to forget that waking up mid afternoon after a night shift is my early morning and I'm not ready to talk yet.S/Lt_Phillips wrote: ↑Thu Aug 03, 2023 6:02 am My other half is an amazing woman, but...
She can be very chatty immediately on waking up. I am absolutely not a morning person, so this does my head in. Despite knowing that I can't function until I've had a cup of tea, she just can't help telling me about the weird dream she had, or whatever nonsense popped into her head during the night.
Then, of course is the one that it appears all women do - talk to you from another room just loud enough that you know your being asked something, but nowhere near loud enough for it to be intelligible.
My wife also has the ability to walk incrediby slowly - no matter how slow I'm walking I stll have to constantly stop and wait for her.
And - never, ever, ready on time.

Gawd lots of things annoy me..
Just have to accept them for who they are. If you don't just find everything they do highly amusing (even when they annoy you) you are doing it wrong.
I annoy her too, I bet.
Everything is all just an excuse to laugh and tease really.
Yup, I realise I just made the entire planet gag with that statement but hey ho..

Never reads instructions fully for anything, then tells me something is wrong, gets annoyed when I point out that everything she needs to know/do is clearly in the instructions...does the same with online transactions, just bulldozes her way through, then asks me to sort it when she fucks up

Mine only drives me up a wall when she wears skimpy nighties and rubs my tralala.
