Served my time as a fitter/turner in the late 80s but been off the tools since the 90s. Would love to see if I could get back into it on a lathe and milling machine just to make "bits" but there was a load of skill in that, that I never achieved.Tichtheid wrote: Fri Apr 05, 2024 1:46 pm I waste a lot of time watching videos like this, I thought this one in particular was worth sharing

Wading through waist high water with the kids on their shoulders at 1.30am, all squashed in upstairs at a local pub until being evacuated in boats. Everything, including the car, ruined. She has just been at the local ASDA in her wet pyjamas buying clothes for them all.

Appalled to see that the Met have bowed to pressure and are reviewing the decision to charge Caroline Flack. Given the level of violence reported, anyone involved in the Criminal Justice System knows it was correct, and celebrity, mental health issues or gender are absolutely immaterial at that stage.

so there's this woman, who's email name is in ALLCAPS and she's from this company that works for a client of ours. She's annoying as shit. So part of having to set them up on our snagging system I had the misfortune of having to lookup some info on their website. Needless to say, I've no clue what they do but I did come across this...
