What’s the deal with the attacking diving over a ruck and sealing off? Happened a lot last night and again today but not being penalised. Is this another thing the refs have been told to let go?

I missed the first few minutes, did the Bulls absolutely smash a scrum? One of the commentators keeps banging on about how dominant the Bulls are at the scrum but the 4 I’ve seen Benetton have been fine
