Bulls did their best to keep benetton in the game at times. Really bad handling when close to the try line and knocks when receiving kicks in the 22. Gave Benetton a lot of opportunities to score while butchering many opportunities.
Better get it sorted out for next week if they want to stand a chance against Leinster.

Arendse maybe needs to think about being less physical, he's a small guy and getting a head injury from throwing himself around isn't good for a long term career. Pat Lambie was fearless too always went in hard to every contact, he was a brilliant player and would've been better off not doing that and using his other skills more, it massively cut short his career probably missed out on being a RWC winner in 2019 or 2023.

I struggle to understand this rule. In the air against his head, no vokken card?

This is the reason Libbok is such a risk at test level. Consistency is just not there. Just do not know what you will get on the day in a high pressure game.
So you doOomStruisbaai wrote: ↑Sat Jun 08, 2024 7:01 pm I struggle to understand this rule. In the air against his head, no vokken card?

A long afternoon for the Stormers. Libbok and Gelant off their game. Hartzenberg and BJD in form.
Ref has made some odd calls. Penalised Glasgow for rolling there, Stomp lock didn't release and rolled, Glasgow player had no control.
Stomps have made too many errors, Glasgow defence and set piece has been good/excellent. Rain feeding the errors and Glasgow strengths.
Looking like a Glasgow win and no Stomps in the Bok squad.

That looks head on head, I’ll be surprised if there isn’t a card here.

Jeez, Chris Patterson needs to shut up, stop telling the TMO to check for a knock-on

Glasgow are good at many things but managing a tight game is not one of them. They never look comfortable, it’s always edge of the seat stuff.
Stormers on the other hand managed that yellow card period beautifully, using the wind to put in some great tactical kicks.

That's it. Rassie is smiling. Congrats to Glasgow. By far the better team.
?
Willemse will be the only Stomp in the Bok squad.

I hope Libbok played himself out of Springbok contention. He can join Gelant on the sideline.
