Any chances of a penalty fest at ruck time with kiwi ref pinging them for stuff you weren't allowed to do in super Aotearoa. Especially the arriving players on attack coming in the side

The ruck penalties settled down in Super Rugby Aotearoa after an overly officious few weeks.Monkey Magic wrote: ↑Sat Oct 10, 2020 11:21 pm Any chances of a penalty fest at ruck time with kiwi ref pinging them for stuff you weren't allowed to do in super Aotearoa. Will be interesting to see of wallabies get pinged or if they blatantly get away with it how the ABs react.Carter's Choice wrote: ↑Sat Oct 10, 2020 11:25 pmThe ruck penalties settled down in Super Rugby Aotearoa after an overly officious few weeks.Monkey Magic wrote: ↑Sat Oct 10, 2020 11:21 pm Any chances of a penalty fest at ruck time with kiwi ref pinging them for stuff you weren't allowed to do in super Aotearoa. But you're right it did seem to turn into only the most blatant examples getting pinged by the end of the comp
Yep, I'd also like to know where all the Aussie posters are?ASMO wrote: ↑Sat Oct 10, 2020 10:53 am Allegedly can be watched here tomorrow

Unfortunately the refs did their annual start out with good intent then bottled it.Monkey Magic wrote: ↑Sat Oct 10, 2020 11:28 pmWill be interesting to see of wallabies get pinged or if they blatantly get away with it how the ABs react.Carter's Choice wrote: ↑Sat Oct 10, 2020 11:25 pmThe ruck penalties settled down in Super Rugby Aotearoa after an overly officious few weeks.Monkey Magic wrote: ↑Sat Oct 10, 2020 11:21 pm Any chances of a penalty fest at ruck time with kiwi ref pinging them for stuff you weren't allowed to do in super Aotearoa. If players want to come in the side, seal off or take out players beyond the ball, then they deserved to get pinged.
The Aussie thread is on Planet Rugby....Ted. wrote: ↑Sat Oct 10, 2020 11:36 pmYep, I'd also like to know where all the Aussie posters are?ASMO wrote: ↑Sat Oct 10, 2020 10:53 am Allegedly can be watched here tomorrow

Any players bashing down Fosters door saying they won't play at Easter either?

There are quite a few Australian based posters on this thread, however many of the more established Wallaby supporters did not migrate over to this forum. To be fair, most of them fled from PR to Green & Gold years agoMonkey Magic wrote: ↑Sat Oct 10, 2020 11:28 pmWill be interesting to see of wallabies get pinged or if they blatantly get away with it how the ABs react.Carter's Choice wrote: ↑Sat Oct 10, 2020 11:25 pmThe ruck penalties settled down in Super Rugby Aotearoa after an overly officious few weeks.Monkey Magic wrote: ↑Sat Oct 10, 2020 11:21 pm Any chances of a penalty fest at ruck time with kiwi ref pinging them for stuff you weren't allowed to do in super Aotearoa. been much the same. Only starting to feel the buzz now as I'm getting the family organized to fit the game in.

A few reasons for this;
- The All Black domestic tests are usually well and truly finished by now. Typically our Rugby season would be nearly over, we'd have the NH nothing-tests coming up but most of us would be thinking about cricket, camping and the upcoming Christmas break.
- There has been so much uncertainty about international rugby this year that many of us just assumed that there wouldn't be any test match Rugby
- The season has dragged on and on! Super Rugby started early this year, in the last week of January. Sure we had a covid-19 break, but we're effectively 10 months in to season 2020.

Well it's the kind of 7 that was desperately missed in the first half of the RWC semi-final so unless the game plan has changed dramatically, I'd suggest it is.
A big difference between the two soup comps I found noticeable was that the Aussies were still allowed to crawl along the ground After the tackle. I hope that gets pinged.Monkey Magic wrote: ↑Sat Oct 10, 2020 11:28 pmWill be interesting to see of wallabies get pinged or if they blatantly get away with it how the ABs react.Carter's Choice wrote: ↑Sat Oct 10, 2020 11:25 pmThe ruck penalties settled down in Super Rugby Aotearoa after an overly officious few weeks.Monkey Magic wrote: ↑Sat Oct 10, 2020 11:21 pm Any chances of a penalty fest at ruck time with kiwi ref pinging them for stuff you weren't allowed to do in super Aotearoa. Off to the local pub to watch this if my wife ever manages to get ready. Only a 10 minute walk. So might get to see the second half......
Enjoy everyone.
Enjoy everyone.
Wish you’d done that yesterday. I trusted the op. And up 30 mins earlier than needed to.
