Lets see how he handles the front row.
2024 Springbokke
No...
Exactly the opposite...no point having Springboks if they are constantly following rest protocols
Someone suggested that its to give the Stormers a chance when we play them with a CC side
Well you can't have it both ways.....
Sards: "There should be more Sharks and less Stormers in the Bok Team!"
vs
Sards: "The Sharks are being plundered by the Boks in November, it's not fair!"
You are making things up.Sandstorm wrote: ↑Tue Oct 29, 2024 12:29 pmWell you can't have it both ways.....

Good luck with that.
But on the flip side Jordan is much more preferable to Misbok , you're hero. You're Bestest flyhalf eva

It must be tough supporting Libbok. You just need to move on.
Did you read what Dobby had to say about the Stormers and their problems currently..........." poor kicking....."
I know I've said this before, but we are really living in the golden age. 3 of 4 POTY nominees are Saffas, just to further demonstrate this.
It won't last forever, but one day we will look at this period and remember how good it was. And such depth in our team too. Fuckin' ja.

Very true. But then we suffer for so long, Rugby is growing fast in South Africa, There was a time before Soup rugby where Bok coaches were fired if not winning a test series in NZ,assfly wrote: ↑Wed Nov 20, 2024 11:55 am I know I've said this before, but we are really living in the golden age. 3 of 4 POTY nominees are Saffas, just to further demonstrate this.

I feel as long as Rassie coach, we will be ok. He move up in the Springbok coach record to just below Doc Craven

Sadly Steven Kitshoff will never play rugby again.
Why?

Copypaste from his insta:
Thrilled to share that my operation was a big success! A massive thank you to my incredible doctors and nurses for their amazing care, and to all my family, friends, and loyal supporters—your support means the world to me! It’s going to be a long recovery journey, but I’m excited for the future ahead. Please trust me for updates on my progress and don’t believe any other sources. Here’s to healing!

Didnt know that the boks had that bad a record under PdV. That 2009 team was arguably one of the strongest bok sides ever
Hows the love for Fassi.
Has this kid delivered or not. Just keeps on adding to those tries and is developing that try assist mentality that he is obviously getting from Willie's mentorship.
Nothing wrong with his defense, the only reason he didn't make it with the boks until now. Very safe under the high ball. Big boot for touch finders. Ghosts straight through defensive lines. Works very well with our 2 premier wings. Possibly because of his pace.

I remember when 10 used to be such a weak point for us.
But now we have the following players who have all played there for us the last 12 months;
1. Pollard
2. Libbok
3. SMZ
4. Hendrikse
5. Willemse
And we still have Masuku and Nohamba who could slot-in and will likely play in the next couple of years.
Crazy depth.

The most important position is TH. We all know that Wilco Louw is international level and then we still have Neethling Fouche. Thomad Tank has come to age. Props take some time to mature.

I'm sure playing again is a bit low down the priority list for him right now.

Personally still think it's weak beyond Pollard. SMZ in time, Willemse maybe, but won't get the time at 10.assfly wrote: ↑Wed Nov 27, 2024 11:19 am I remember when 10 used to be such a weak point for us.

Only Pollard can pull the team out of a situation on the backfoot, I think.

My point being that future quality of life will be priority numero uno right now.OomStruisbaai wrote: ↑Thu Nov 28, 2024 1:24 pmHe wont play again.Uncle fester wrote: ↑Thu Nov 28, 2024 12:44 pm I'm sure playing again is a bit low down the priority list for him right now.
