I saw that when there was another post by another user in the meantime, just to make sure you still want to make the post

Occasionally hitting submit loads the same page, as in the finished post ready for me to hit submit again.

Due to this added feature... the tech of this new bored...

I think it's something to do with another post loading while you're typing your post, and you have to hit Submit again. Just a guess though.
