Looked forward, but the break was magnificent.
Probably could have made it himself.

Looked like he threw it on 5m line and winger caught it halfway to goalline
Mind you, ive not seen a replay
Was considering this earlier, will be difficult to ever beat the ‘92 shirt but this is a fine effortHal Jordan wrote: Fri Jan 31, 2025 8:56 pm That French kit is a white collar and the stripes extending down the sleeves away from being an absolute classic. Still pretty lush.

I assume it's the player and their ego rather than the clinicians decision.Hal Jordan wrote: Fri Jan 31, 2025 8:48 pm I will never understand why players with leg injuries aren't just automatically stretchered off.
Blown your knee out? Well, hobble off with a bit of support under your arms, there's a brave boy.
That was mare forward than Bonnie Blue

I have no idea what that means. But yes, it was forward.Jock42 wrote: Fri Jan 31, 2025 8:59 pmI assume it's the player and their ego rather than the clinicians decision.Hal Jordan wrote: Fri Jan 31, 2025 8:48 pm I will never understand why players with leg injuries aren't just automatically stretchered off.

Possibly the best ever.Slick wrote: Fri Jan 31, 2025 8:57 pm Dupont going from laughing to giggling at Saffers who don’t think he is the best in the world
The Boks (and ABs) have had some good'uns, but Dupont's as good as any imho. Just brilliant to watch.

It’d take him about 25 years to grow a moustache.

Hmm. Not looking like the 51-0 will be beaten now

Yup. Always almost impossible to compare but I think he is so far ahead that I’m happy to say best ever

They’re so far outclassed for pace, speed and distribution. It’s like watching a lower youth division team playing a team told to be gentle with them.

Galthie will pull all the key players real fast I suspect.Tichtheid wrote: Fri Jan 31, 2025 9:11 pm The dominant team usually kicks on in the second half.
Wales have to go up several notches if they are to avoid a really big score

You what? England will, not spectacularly but will, grind Wales into the ground.Torquemada 1420 wrote: Fri Jan 31, 2025 9:12 pmI fancy Wal to beat Eng :grin:ScarfaceClaw wrote: Fri Jan 31, 2025 9:09 pmThey’re so far outclassed for pace, speed and distribution. It was contnuous possession, sure, but France didn't really look uncomfortable in that set. Had Wales well marshalled.

Wales were, like their défense, attacking very narrow. One off crash.sockwithaticket wrote: Fri Jan 31, 2025 9:32 pm It was contnuous possession, sure, but France didn't really look uncomfortable in that set. Had Wales well marshalled.

That’s what I thought as well. Gave it the big arms back and then dived in.Blackmac wrote: Fri Jan 31, 2025 9:39 pm There was obvious clear release in the penalty prior to that try. You could see the Welsh tackler exaggerating it prior to going back in.

They don't have half-backs good enough to do much more than that, or receivers able to stretch a defense, so they're forced to be predictable.ScarfaceClaw wrote: Fri Jan 31, 2025 9:34 pmWales were, like their défense, attacking very narrow. It's a long, long way from the Welsh teams of the 70s that could turn you inside out in a moment
