Going to be a big ask for the Scottish front row. Need them to go deep into this game and France have some big bodies to come on.

How many phases of playback he go back?

There were two rucks after the tackle on Kinghorn.

What was that ruled out for? Never seen a London pub cheer a Scottish try* like that

Still totally confused about the high degree of danger for the headbutt. We've seen reds for punches that wouldn't hurt a 5 year old. I reckon we will get yet another apology from the IRB for that one but as usual that's fuck all use.

Whatever the rights or wrongs of the yellow/red, the law needs rewritten so that "low/high degree of danger" isn't a factor on head contact from non rugby incidents.

Carley and the TMO got confused. You're not allowed to headbutt people. World Rugby will come out with a clarification on monday.

I'm in the pub and I can't be arsed reading the thread

1. In what world isn't that a red card. Launch yourself headfirst at a player on the ground, make direct head contact. Onoy debate should be twenty minute or full game

2. Where's the conclusive evidence that Kinghorn WA in touch? Has to clearly demonstrate the on field decision was wrong

Were getting absolutely fucked over

They showed an angle that is conclusively in touch.

Foul play doesn't get mitigation, rubbish call.

yep in. touch, but it should have also been a red for Mauvaka, only question should be 20 minute or full red

The bin thing is a cop out, does it ever come back as a full red card?

Kinghorn was in touch. My only queries are:

1. What the fuck was the TJ looking at?

2. How many phases can they go back?

The world cup final did...

It was a clear red but shouldn't have even gone to the bunker. Carley and the saffer tmo will be reminded of the rules in their review.

Carley is a poor ref, & like we all knew would happen, the 20min RC & the bunker is a total cop out.

The bunker will probably say that the little nudge from Lucu was the difference & Mauvaka wasn't in control, but fundamentally it was off the ball, the ref had already blown his whistle, so if there's foul play he is supposed to use the RC, & not bail to the bunker.

Keyser and Hastings might be the worst commentary duo of the championship.

You can’t totally blame Carley for that. It had a full review. It was a clear red card for me and I can’t understand on what basis it wasn’t given. Low danger?! He head butted him after the whistle.

I think taking that kick was a mistake; should have done what happened in the 1st half & force France to give more penalties & draw a YC, & maybe get the try too

I thought line outs that were competed against had to be straight?
