Gatlands going to still pick various Welsh journeymen ahead of your best players.
Other than their try the Welsh forwards were never at the races. Good defence but completely outplayed in most aspects. Not saying that many Scots will get the nod but is is hard to make a case for any of the Welsh apart from AWJ and the injured Tips.

Also, this game marked the point where I've finally given up on Patchell. At 27, he should not be shitting the bed as often as he does.

I don't think he has the temperament for test rugby, he probably has the skills but that is not as important (a la Preistland).
Don't worry. I've been drinking.

Neither team can take anything away from that detritus.

Apart from Scotland getting a win oviously.
Our first away win v Wales in 18 years, I believe. Honestly couldn’t give a shit about the circumstances in which it was achieved. Injuries (and YCs) stopped us in 2010, but not today. Not in Cardiff, not in front of fans, but it goes down as an away win and I’m taking it.

Hard lines Wales, but we really really needed that. Just hope the injuries aren’t too bad.
Trust me Scotland will never amount to anything, they beat A very poor Wales team, so no congrats from me.
This is the problem with Clive. He knows his rugby and I think I’d really enjoy a beer with him watching a game, but he can’t help being a trolling dick online

I'll have a number 2, followed by a 69.
I had a sense you like to get blown on the toilet.

I'm flattered, but your feelings are wasted this time.

I reckon Adams would be a good pick as well.

Glad that the average calibre of rugby fan in Scotland is a cut above an Old Firm fan, never disgrace ourselves with that type of online faux-fatalism.
And on the 7th day, the Lord said "Let there be Finn Russell".

Watched the match, I mean I didn't expect us to suddenly start playing like the All blacks, but I expected us to be better than fucking Italy.
It seems like someone has put a wet blanket over out Marshall Stack and dulled the sound. All the chewy gorgeous tones are gone.
No high end and it just makes farting noises now.

Maybe we were always this shit and without the excitement of the 75 thousand crowd, this is actually us?

Jonathan Davies always needs a few games to get back up to speed after injury, but the rest of them just don't seem to have it anymore.
i honestly thought we were saving ourselves for a big push in the last 60 minutes, but nope, we were completely spent.

Love the metaphor.

Scotland weren’t exactly Stevie Ray’s Strat either.
