I went with Wireless Nation for internet. Their service has been excellent and they helped me immensely proving to a landlord that there was no connection to premise when I took up the tenancy.
I started out with Spark for phone and their coverage is excellent. I changed to 2Degrees later for a better deal and noticed no coverage in a couple of spots around the BoP.

For a mobile I would definitely stay with Spark. For Power and Internet, it shouldn't really matter so look for a good provider.
I am with Nova for both (got a good bundle deal - even better with Gas) and have nothing but good experiences. (When I had Spark for internet, the router was crap and as soon as I provided my own high spec one, my coverage improved out of sight)

I drink and I forget things.
Cheers ta NZer, I got gas too, so will see what bundle they put together.Enzedder wrote: Mon Nov 30, 2020 11:02 pm For a mobile I would definitely stay with Spark. For Power and Internet, it shouldn't really matter so look for a good provider.

glimp.co.nz and broadbandcompare.co.nz are both good comparison sites.
I get a great deal for 12 month contract and 3 months free with Fibre through bigpipe.co.nz (Spark owned) plenty of shopping around and deals to be done

But you do have to balance it against their absolutely wounding jingle.Wignu wrote: Tue Dec 01, 2020 3:33 am Kiwi Electric are good if you don't need gas as well, they also have a free hour of power a day during non-peak.
I do, but then their jingle is somewhat negated by the fucking irritating Nova ads so I feel a bit better about myselfGhost-Of-Nepia wrote: Tue Dec 01, 2020 8:19 amBut you do have to balance it against their absolutely wounding jingle.Wignu wrote: Tue Dec 01, 2020 3:33 am Kiwi Electric are good if you don't need gas as well, they also have a free hour of power a day during non-peak.
