Vokkof with your deep fried chicken wings...ours is microwaved in the Diablo....you just do not get a better chicken wing...my wife only sells the most expensive of chips...all her sauces and dressings are made fresh every day and she has no products to bulk up her patties...its meat , onion and seasoning. We are in the process of trialing milkshakes because there is no one decent in the area. The missus got mixes in from a few suppliers and ditched all the cheap ones and has stuck with the best...it makes such a difference in the taste...but to set that up we had to buy a chest freezer and a fridge that runs at minus 4 degrees...to keep the ice cream at the optimal temperature to make milkshakes. Then she set up a station. Every day she tests different milkshakes and will refuse to offer it unless she is completely satisfied. She is quite anal but is proud of what she is building. Her reputation means more to her than making profits right now

All this because she said in bed the one morning she was tired of working at the factory....

I get a lot of pleasure in seeing her loving her job. I am not the doos you think I am. I supported her the whole way
