Russell trying his best to let Eng steal this

Well done Scotland. Best side on the pitch by far. Should have been another 15 points further ahead.

Bravo Scotland, well deserved, completely threw England off their game and then fought like maniacs to keep the lead.
Dogshit England.
Sad there's no crowd of drunken kilted madmen losing their shit in Twickenham.

With the greatest of respect...
Eddie out. He's been regressing our play steadily but surely and this was the nadir of that anti-rugby approach.
Enjoy it, Jocks.
Might be a bit chelski premature. Let’s hope for a good performance at the European powerhouse of Italy.sockwithaticket wrote: ↑Sat Feb 06, 2021 6:46 pmWith the greatest of respect...

seriously though, i think he still has a few brownie points stored from the WC. Let’s judge at end of campaign.

Just watched on catch up.
1) Never been a fan but thought Brace was excellent today. Totally impartial and not a call wrong. Harder for Eng to win when the ref makes unbiased calls.
2) Well done Scotland despite Flake Russell who gets his own thread and Price who makes Serin look like a god.
3) We questioned whether a side with a load of players who'd played no serious rugby would be undone and that was the case. The Sarries players were anonymous bar Itoje who did as much wrong as he did good.
4) How TF Harry Randall doesn't get a look in is beyond me but as a non England fan, that keeps me happy.
5) A fit Farrell at FH creates less than Jake's writing skillz but.............

Other than the NZ performance I wasn't particularly impressed by our World Cup campaign and not much since.PCPhil wrote: ↑Sat Feb 06, 2021 6:52 pmMight be a bit chelski premature. FUCKYEAH!!
No doubt there'll be comments about how England made errors, played poorly etc etc BULLSHIT! Scotland were bloody awesome in all departments and didn't let them in the game. Scoreline actually flattered England for once.
I really hope we can take some revenge on Wales

Cheika's shithouse Australia we had well in our pocket for the past few years. Beating them well was par.Paddington Bear wrote: ↑Sat Feb 06, 2021 6:59 pmWe put 40 past Australia, come onsockwithaticket wrote: ↑Sat Feb 06, 2021 6:56 pmOther than the NZ performance I wasn't particularly impressed by our World Cup campaign and not much since.

In any WC to beat Aus, Nz and SA in knockout rounds would have been considered the greatest ever. Fell short at final hurdle.sockwithaticket wrote: ↑Sat Feb 06, 2021 7:00 pmCheika's shithouse Australia we had well in our pocket for the past few years. Any time before 2016, maybe. From that whitewash tour onwards they were our bunnies (and that of many others too), they were a truly poor team who occasionally got the best of NZs reserves in the 13th Bledisloe match of the year. Beating them handily became routine, it would've been a bigger shock had we not managed at least a 20 point margin.PCPhil wrote: ↑Sat Feb 06, 2021 7:05 pmIn any WC to beat Aus , Nz and SAi knockout rounds would have been considered the greatest ever. I'll stop now. Suffice it to say, I've felt like this has been brewing for a while and Scotland played really well today to throw into sharp relief how poor Eddie had us playing.
