Ronseal - usual suspects who always give Australian rugby a bad rep.
You wouldn't get this at the Parramatta Two Blues!

Sydney Rugby Disgrace
Ehh yeah good luck with that.“The punters have a social contract with us too, they have to do the right thing too,” Parsons said. “You come in, buy a beer and a pie, and you walk back. There’s nowhere to loiter in corridors or stand around the bars. We’ve got heaps of signage, hand sanitiser and rules in place. We’ve all met with council, we all have COVID protocols and everything is ticketed.”
If it's not effectively monitored what's the point,?
Anyone organising an event like this has a responsibility to ensure restrictions are enforced.

I have to laugh, I was fairly blase about the virus, though I did take every precaution, masks, distancing, washing hands etc.
After spending almost a month in intensive care, I am super cautious. Wouldn't wish it on anyone. I do wish people would take it seriously, 6 people died in my ward during the time I was there.

It's worse because of the location.
Mungos get (deserved) stick on here but the average fan of Rugby in Sydney fits the stereotype like a glove

Dobber probably moved into the street recently, and now wants to shut down the rugby club that has been there for 120 years.A disgruntled local resident took photos of spectators standing close to each other at the match.
Typical entitlement generation behavior.
Amazing how authorities do give succour to these sorts of people (seems particularly acute in Sydney). Some old duffer bought a house opposite one of my frequent Paddington haunts and does nothing but put in baseless complaints to the license board, clearly trying to jeopardise the pub's license.Ellafan wrote: Wed Jul 15, 2020 4:04 amDobber probably moved into the street recently, and now wants to shut down the rugby club that has been there for 120 years.A disgruntled local resident took photos of spectators standing close to each other at the match.

Should market the Finals as a "Shute Fight"...Caley_Red wrote: Tue Jul 14, 2020 5:46 am Love a bit of Shute down at Easts but not the wisest move here.
No Pasaran...
Quite right, the dobber didn't pay millions to get into O'Halloran road to put up with common folk like that.mat the expat wrote: Wed Jul 15, 2020 4:34 amYes, the fans....Ellafan wrote: Wed Jul 15, 2020 4:04 amDobber probably moved into the street recently, and now wants to shut down the rugby club that has been there for 120 years.A disgruntled local resident took photos of spectators standing close to each other at the match.
