Anyone used Alibaba?
Yes. A few times to find suppliers. No problems so far.
But I never just buy the product listed. Rather use alibaba to find potential suppliers to contact And then do my own little due diligence on how responsive, professional etc etc they are.
Once you’ve worked out who you want to work with, you can still work with them through the alibaba process so you get the payment/delivery guarantees and stuff

Love their counterfeit band shirts. $12, free worldwide shipping
The couple I've bought are damn nice quality
Pro-tip: Chinese XXXL= western XL.
Of course, that means its way too long and you have to cut off the bottom.... but $12!
I am looking to buy a zero turn ride on mower, a husqvarna ride on goes for between 6-7k here in Aus, on Alibaba I have spotted them for $500. To say I’m a little dubious is an understatement. But this month they have free delivery all over the world so I need to make up my mind and make the plunge. But at that price I may buy 2, sell one off and make some coin.

Had a great experience with it. Bought some fantastic bone inlay furniture from Rajasthan at a fraction of the retail price. I used a verified and well rated supplier which gave me some comfort but remained sceptical until it arrived.
