If they correct "bafoonish" in the blurb, I'm in.
Wizened former players with questionable knowledge of the laws and shamelessly biased to boot aren't as uncommon as we'd like and yet even in so rich a field Kearns stands apart.

I don't mind a bit of bias, but he descends into petulance when his teams are losing. Even worse is his lack of accuracy around the laws of the game. He whinges about what are ultimately correct ref calls and confuses viewers unfamiliar with the laws and interpretations.

If he comes under real pressure a consortium of 10* IMPORTANT WALLABY CAPTAINS will write a strongly worded letter and submit it to The Sydney Morning Herald and The Daily Terrorgraph.
Rugby Australia's power brokers will read it, or more accurately their EAs will read it to them, promptly shit themselves, and move to declare the move dead.
* 8 if you count the fact two of the more learned members will drop out after actually reading said missive.
