Big calls went to SA last week and the loss of flaf will make a difference, Bl need to come out fighting.
As hosts SA have been `fucking shit, no wonder the country is on the brink of collapse, the pitch looks like a farmers field, god knows how there haven't been any covid cases for the Lions, but that is down to the Lions staff, left to the dirty SA cunts the place would be overrun, time to reconsider another tour to SA play it in a decent country.

I really hate that, I was once walking along the road in Edinburgh and someone in an open top car threw their detritus out on to the road, they were stopped at the traffic lights a few meters further on so me and my mate picked up their food packaging and whatever else was there and flung it back on the driver's and passenger's lap.
It's different in places like central London, you chuck stuff on the ground at the major train stations because there are no bins and someone is there permanently going around picking up after people, there haven't been bins in these places for a long time now.
edit, though I did see a clear plastic bin in Kings Cross a couple of weeks ago
So, take your rubbish home with you - there's simply no excuse for littering.Tichtheid wrote: ↑Fri Aug 06, 2021 10:58 pmFalseBayFC wrote: ↑Fri Aug 06, 2021 7:10 pmMeanwhile in Whales...maciej_dakowicz_cardiff_after_dark_night_street_photography_food_bus_stop.jpgclive wrote: ↑Fri Aug 06, 2021 3:19 pm The ref will play a huge part in the game he must stop the bok cunts slowing down the game lost count on how many SA went down feigning injury, slow to everything.

I don't want to labour the "off-topicness" but London doesn't have bins in certain places because bombs, hence the cleaning staff, but elsewhere there are bins provided, there is no excuse to not use them
I didn't even fight that hard when the wife wanted to drag me shopping today. Last weeks match was even worse than the first.
“It was a pet, not an animal. It had a name, you don't eat things with names, this is horrific!”
Then don't.
You really don't need to advertise it. Are you expecting 4 pages of South African's asking you to please wake up early to watch us play.
You’re better than this, Gumboot.Gumboot wrote: ↑Sat Aug 07, 2021 6:20 amNo, just some decent rugby. Clearly you have lower expectations. Enjoy.

The only Lions team to play with any flair was the one from the 1970's. You're making up stories. Enjoy your sleep boet.
None of which excuses the fact the rugby's been deathly dull. Which is a shame, as you'd hope both sides would be keen on providing a spectacle given all the fucking circumstances. But no...FalseBayFC wrote: ↑Sat Aug 07, 2021 8:56 amThe only Lions team to play with any flair was the one from the 1970's. You're making up stories. Enjoy your sleep boet.

27-17 to the Lions. I’m just hoping that they serve up something more than last week. It will mean Biggar passing more than three times though and that’s a 50/50 with a Gatland team.ASMO wrote: ↑Sat Aug 07, 2021 8:51 amYep, i will go with that scoreboere wors wrote: ↑Sat Aug 07, 2021 8:20 am Ok, kak talk is over... predictions, now.

Although I think that the Sefricans will likely win this.
It might be what we hope for - but what we expect is for sides to play the game in the manner which is most likely to be successful for them. And, TBF, SA played more rugby than the Lions did in the last test - the Lions were incredibly negative. Hopefully, the Lions will have decided that being a bit more adventurous, is their best chance of success. Either way, I don't think we can blame SA.Gumboot wrote: ↑Sat Aug 07, 2021 9:16 amNone of which excuses the fact the rugby's been deathly dull. Sorry boet. Not sure if you've heard yet in Hobbiton, but there is a pandemic going on. Huge disruptions and kinda hard to prepare a team for sparkling champagne rugby. Those are the fucking circumstances in our country right now. Over 70 000 dead and a whole lot of misery. So take your misery elsewhere. We're just happy to have some test rugby to watch.Gumboot wrote: ↑Sat Aug 07, 2021 9:16 amNone of which excuses the fact the rugby's been deathly dull. I did do a second take when I saw that tv ad. Ready to roar. They’ve been keeping that roar under wraps so far and they’re running out of matches to start roaring.
Come on sky. It’s the third test. They should have been ready to roar in the first one.

Today on the morn of the 3rd test we had just made the acquaintance of the lovely Leigh-Anne from Pretoria at the Grand and had all those fucking cocktails you made us drinkSards wrote: ↑Fri Aug 06, 2021 10:40 am I hear both sides of the coin and do understand that the amount of stoppages and delays definitely gave the boks chance to slow the game down to cope....but that is no excuse for us beating them soundly second half.
Unlike others I don't celebrate the clusterfuck that Rassie has created and the heap of shit this tournament has turned into. It just feels like we are very sore losers and ungracious winners....
With Rassie about to be reviewed after the weekend how will you feel about his actions if we lose the series...is he still God and " behind you we stand Rassie ".....or will he take the brunt of it...or Nienaber.....asking because I am dreading the backlash from South African supporters if we lose and the Refgate thats going to ensue......
I am praying like vok that we win and escape another week of drama....

Mate, neither the Boks nor Gatland need a pandemic as an excuse to play one dimensional, kick chase rugby. Let's not pretend either side would be chucking it around with gay abandon if covid wasn't around.FalseBayFC wrote: ↑Sat Aug 07, 2021 10:18 amSorry boet. With the caveat of no red cards I fancy the Lions for this.
Too many not in the right headspace last week, probably with the thought of winning the series, which should be sorted this week.
SA 14 - 24 Lions

That's fair. All that can be said had been by the time last weekend was over, to still be going on about how dull the fare has been is dull in and of itself.FalseBayFC wrote: ↑Sat Aug 07, 2021 3:05 pmHey look I agree with that.
