Try again after the weekend seft.
Fair point really. Never won a knock out game at the RWC.
Psychologically fragile.
The QF went down to the wire. Ireland would've won that game against any other side in the world on the day, imho.

They got beaten, just, but that's hardly an example of psycho fragility, imho.
The number one side in the World not winning a knockout game
Is bottling in my book The fragility is about never winning a knockout game. Not once, it's deep seated in the psyche.

That Keenan tackle to blow Penaud back 5 metres was a monster. Not in a million years could Kearney have done that.

FFS. Social media seems to be overwhelmed by the fact Macarthy isn't a twat. Nice gesture, but it is after all his wee brother, how do they except him to treat him.

Scored one when it was 14 against 14 as well.

Why, what is the rest of the weekend going to show us about Ireland?

Yes we know that. But in the RWC you are also weak, spineless and fragile when it comes to the knockout stages.

2 red card offences committed by Paul Willemse in the game v Ireland. 2 bans imposed. 2 Six Nations games that he will actually miss.

From the BBC report on the ban
A panel found the 31-year-old guilty of two acts of foul play and decided they merited four and three-week bans.

But it deemed it "disproportionate" for the bans to run consecutively.
He (Willemnse) disputed the first offence was worthy of a red, but the panel found otherwise, hence the four-week ban for that one - I actually thought the first was worse than the second.

Yep, me too. It's kind of bullshit they are allowing the bans to run concurrently.

He was cited after the game for the first incident (the hit on Porter which the bunker left as yellow). Also faced the disciplinary panel for the red that was awarded by the bunker for the hit in Doris.

How can the bunker system and the citing system come to two different conclusions?!?!

World Rugby has its head up its ass and needs to clearly define these processes so that its not left up to the personal whims of individuals to decide these matters!

The fact that they then have appeals of citing panels decisions becoming more prevalent just adds an additional layer of incompetence and embarrassment.

Get your fucking act together you colossal bunch of inept fuckwits!

BBC report was much clearer than the one I read.

Tell you what, after all the bunker nonsense at the world cup, it was really nice watching club rugby again where we don't have to put up with it.
