RAISE is my go to default but I pick plenty of random ones just to mix it up as well. ADIEU hits most of the vowels though I'm not sure why it's a valid word in the English version of the game. AUDIO exchanges the E for an O if you fancy it.

NY Times:
The average number of guesses for today's Wordle (454) is 6.4.

Just 41% of players solved it after 6 turns. Normally it’s around 99%.
