England hands in ruck? How did the ball get to the SA side?

Anyway, England managing to torpedo any decent field position.

This is going to be close.
Only if you keep playing at like 60% and don't use your actual 1st choice flyhalf.
Are you still unhappy?
Easy win by a South Africa team taking the piss and playing like it's a summer training session

Watching wales Fiji last week made me wish we could just put their backline on instead

Felt like we could spend 30 minutes 5 metres from their line and still manage to concede a try. Multiple good positions and attacking opportunities butchered.

Cowan-;Dickie's darts aren't the most reliable, which doesn't help.

Players aren't world class and haven't been for a while.
Keep getting told that our premiership is a great competition so exciting with high skill. You play what is in front of you. As soon as our best are put against the world's best, amazing, they don't break tackles and create great tries. Spooky that.

But I guess it'll have to be another Tigers player at most

Exactly. Not sure why a relatively sane assessment means we are unhappy. I'm not unhappy. It was closer than expected but more due to SA efficiency. They never looked like they were going to lose.

Glad for that win but damn the boks are really not in the best form, so many mistakes. I think a break from the international game might do them all good after next week. This whole season has been very error driven for the most part. Just lucky we pulled out the wins in most those games. They seem to suffer their own form of WC hangover.
But just glad we are mostly winning this time around.

Wtf was that

I don't think England have a plethora of world class players waiting to be unlocked, but this team looks like a rabble. The rugby has such imprecision and incohesion and lack of being able to do things at key moments, and basically is just reliant on individuals doing something off their own back at random moments in the match.

What will it take for Scabnose and Deputy Boxkick to fuck off.

I'm not advocating for him, more worried there is an England-qualified 12 option at Leicester.

Lawes extremely confident about England facing Ireland in Dublin and when pressed on it has absolutely nothing to back it up except blind faith and "they'll have something to prove"

I would rather van poortfliet and steward get left at Tigers to keep them fresh. Scabnose, Coach box kick and defence coach leaky bucket can work their magic on other teams players.

Scotland have an extremely good midfield and a 10 who can create and exploit space like no one else when he feels like turning up. Which he almost always does against us. It will not be close.

The response to the recent losses was to bring in an extremely one dimensional fullback, parachute in a 9 who is some distance off convincing as an international, and to point blank refuse to examine the real problems. It's no surprise England kicked more - he picked a fullback just for the aerial game, a scrum half taught to kick everything - because it is the only thing he is comfortable with.

Never forget that he had to be convinced to move away from the dire rugby we were playing until after the last Scotland game, and the smart money has to be on his response to an embarrassing set of defeats being to go back to the only thing he knows.

He manages this side like he captained it. Blinkered, conservative, pedantic, doggedly loyal to the people he knows and trusts regardless of reality, and ultimately the face of a lost era in England rugby.
