300+ phases of play after the 80 minutes, & an immaculate drop goal

Just a shame we waited 170min on rugby to have a bit of a go in this series.

Ah fuck.
That was a better game than the previous two combined. The difference when you actually try to attack, by playing a fly half who can unpick a defence.

Mako penalised at the last scrum. Most people thought he’d get found out much earlier in the series.

Agreed. It's a shame to go down, but it's better to go down swinging than playing anti-rugby.
It wasn't the play style that let the Lions down, just too many bad pens and not converting opportunities when they presented themselves.

I'm in favour of charging Gatland and Erasmus with bringing the game in to disrepute for serving up this shite. It reminds me why I gave up attending international rugby.

Yeah, if anything it’s the playing style in the first two tests that needs criticised, particularly last week.

When you see what Smith did in his one game and what Finn did today, you have to wonder what these long term professional head coaches are paid to do.

125 mins - 10 for half
115
Nearly 60 mins each half.

Two critical errors in scoring positions in the 1st half cost the Lions.

Cheers Slick. Despite some diabolically embarrassing crap from both coaches, some horrible reffing and minging anti-rugby box-kicking for 3 weeks…..it’s been a tough and enjoyable series with great respect and good banter from all the Bordies.

Finn Russell's cameo the only bright spot in the whole tour. Appalling stuff and shameful advert for rugby.

Not always the best rugby and a lot of kak of the pitch, but ending in a riveting final. Russell could have killed us if he played more than 1 test.
Thanks BIL, South Africa very lucky.

Glad we managed to win the series, but really wasn't pretty.
Series won't be remembered for anything positive which is sad.
Atmosphere was shit.
Animosity was shit.
Pitch was shit.
Execution by both teams in all 3 tests was shit.
Glad it's over. As amazing as Lions Tours are, I'm glad it's over.
There is just so much riding on these matches that nobody wants to risk much.
It's pure percentage rugby.
Hopefully now the Boks can build again. We have many gaps in our game and didn't really focus on any of them for the last 18 months.
Also, Jasper Wiese can fuck right off.
