Thought the ref was very, very good actuallyTorquemada 1420 wrote: Sat Nov 06, 2021 9:57 pm When is a deliberate trip not yellow?
Ans: when it's Ben O'Keefe.
Nope. I did around 60 mins, although that could have been Herschel’s box kicking.Insane_Homer wrote: Sat Nov 06, 2021 11:05 pm did those watching the Bok game on Amazon get shit, jittering streaming in the last ~5 mins?
Thought it was a subtle dig at his team mates
I did watch it live (kick off at 10PM here) and it was a totally shambolic performance. From the start, the forwards had no interest in participating in rucks, meaning we got utterly shit ball over and over and over again. The backs too had bugger all interest in catching the ball cleanly for most of the game.Gumboot wrote: Sat Nov 06, 2021 11:32 pm Just watched the ABs - Italy test, and I'm so bloody glad I didn't stay up late to see it live.
What a shambles. So many handling errors, turnovers, penalties conceded...plus an utterly inept, whistle-happy ref...just horrific to watch.
Very few positives at all. Um, the hookers scored some tries. Er, Christie played well...
Fuck it, flush the dunny.![]()
Very few of the backs came out of that game in credit. I can't recall the last time a midfielder playing as poorly as Ennor did. He's big, strong and runs fast in a straight line, but he's also clumsy, passes badly and lacks vision. No idea why he's even playing at centre tbh. Maybe he was suffering from his early head clash with Weber? Dunno, but he was shit.Kiwias wrote: Sun Nov 07, 2021 12:43 amI did watch it live (kick off at 10PM here) and it was a totally shambolic performance. It's always baffled me how he was seen as an AB option, honestly. Never seemed to have the class of an AB outside back.Gumboot wrote: Sun Nov 07, 2021 1:02 amVery few of the backs came out of that game in credit. "I've never lost here"
It was like that for all the games for me, all the time: like not enough fps. Amazon's streaming service seems sh*te. I'm on a 500Mb (up and down) fibre connection. Netflix and all other iplayers (BBC, ITV, France 1-5 etc) all work perfectly.Insane_Homer wrote: Sat Nov 06, 2021 11:05 pm did those watching the Bok game on Amazon get shit, jittering streaming in the last ~5 mins?
Go now and you'll be fine.
He should have pass , space on the outsideFalseBayFC wrote: Sun Nov 07, 2021 6:57 am I am very happy that Kolisi's game has come good. He's playing the best rugby of his career imo. Given the revelations of his partying years, its highly possible that his conditioning wasn't optimal for a while. There is some nice salt in the article below about his referee management.

The Welsh are always terrible in these Autumn fixtures then come good for the 6N. They are very annoyingOomStruisbaai wrote: Sun Nov 07, 2021 7:46 am The Welsch was poor. Their defense look vulnerable the few times we ran at them. Our forwards were to powerful for them.
Our rustiness and arrogance not taking 3 points cost us a lot of points.
Will be much better against the Scots
We haven't beat them since 2013 in these autumn testsSlick wrote: Sun Nov 07, 2021 7:48 amThe Welsh are always terrible in these Autumn fixtures then come good for the 6N. Imagen if it is a Saffer.Slick wrote: Sun Nov 07, 2021 7:51 am Talking of annoying, the video doing the rounds of the that guy strolling down the steps before jumping onto the pitch in Cardiff is pretty annoying. Presumably his mate took it then decided it would be hilarious to put it on social media, even after the reaction of people in the stadium . Who needs enemies etc
Not helped by one of their own chav "supporters" preventing a tryfishfoodie wrote: Sun Nov 07, 2021 1:59 am I know a lot of the Welsh won't like hearing it; but they should be disgusted at the missed opportunity today.
They had the WCs at home; playing like complete spackers, for the first 50 minutes; & they couldn't land a punch. Sure their defense was excellent; but offensively; they offered SFA; despite SA kicking them endless possession.
Really? Must say I didn’t know that!OomStruisbaai wrote: Sun Nov 07, 2021 7:54 amWe haven't beat them since 2013 in these autumn testsSlick wrote: Sun Nov 07, 2021 7:48 amThe Welsh are always terrible in these Autumn fixtures then come good for the 6N. Was that the bok not retreating out of the 10m from the kick?
Heard this from others too...what a mess.Paddington Bear wrote: Sun Nov 07, 2021 7:15 am Nice to be back live but HQ was an utter utter shambles yesterday. As mentioned an hour of queuing to get in (Tonga arriving late was a godsend for them, at 3:15 the stadium was less than half full). Finally the head steward said to give up searching, a couple of his colleagues started yelling at him and deliberately took longer, with an increasingly irate crowd the result.
Queues for the bars were 20 mins plus throughout and snaked from one bar to the next one.
All in all a very poorly run operation
Tbh they were quite lucky it was Tonga - had it been next week and only 40,000 people in their seats for the scheduled start time things would have got a bit ugly I think.tc27 wrote: Sun Nov 07, 2021 8:57 amHeard this from others too...what a mess.Paddington Bear wrote: Sun Nov 07, 2021 7:15 am Nice to be back live but HQ was an utter utter shambles yesterday.
