Not scheduled for 2022 yet. We play India, NZ, Bangladesh, India (away) and then England in that order. Takes us up to the end on September.
Australia would humiliate us right now. I don't mind losing to anyone right now but would hate to see Warner and Smith grinding us down.

Yeah, probably. I assume we play them in SA next since they cancelled their last tour because of covid?

Poms cannot take a trick this series. Just lost another toss and Aussie will bowl in steamy conditions with a greenish pitch.

The only good news for the Poms is that Cummings is Aussie skipper and likely to underbowl himself.

3 down at lunch - could have been worse as the ball didn't sip around too much

Why would Buttler play a shot like that at this stage of the game?

To show Lyon who's boss?

Bairstowe gloves to gulley and England are eight down.

Leach also attacks Lyon, and perishes.

Robinson attempts to dominate Lyon and England are all out for 185.

Ngidi looks fat. With his injury record he should be trimmer imo.

Proteas will miss Nortje's express pace. Jansen looks like he'll be handy. A tall left hander and apparently he can bat well too.

Because he is not a Test batsman. One day monster, but neither his keeping nor batting justifies his presence in the team.

That would explain incorrect technique but not the shot selection itself. The situation called for digging in but Eng's bats were incapable of that.

Proteas clearly very Test rusty. The bowlers are all over the place today. No accuracy or pressure being applied.

I can't be bothered checking the figures but he played a decent defensive innings in the second Test, just a few days ago. Makes it worse in a way.

Good effort by the Pom bowlers, but Australia still leads by 82 runs on the first innings.

Can see England being 4 down by the time they wipe that deficit.

7/2 Will Australia have to bat again?

Malan goes first ball - ball was just touching the bail (just saying that no other side gets that decision in Oz)

7 for 2

Hat trick ball cleaned up Root - too good though and he couldnt get an edge

Root excluded, all the England batsmen are batting as if they already want to be on the plane home.
