Hard luck for Wellington, but well done to Otago after last week's Ranfurly Shield disappointment.

 Not sure how that happened but the Otago boys really lifted in that final 20, despite Ioane having a rare case of the yips.

Well done Otago.

I had a horrible feeling that you would track us down, basically because Wellington has no spine are clueless and mediocre. The reason for that is that they have mediocre fuckwits like Bachop and the try hard Blackwell as their stars, rather than sitting on the bench.

Box kick just outside the 22 from the Naki.

Auckland said thank you very much. A few phases later, try time.

At that stage in the game I think you either hang onto it, or smash it downtown.

Fucking overrated fucking box kicks.

Good 1st 40 in Nelson, despite the conditions...I just saw the score in the Top vs Bottom match, how's the standard been?

Banana kicks for touch, I mean it’s alright if your name is Dan Carter but most of these blokes don’t get any distance. So pick a spot and kick it there.

Capitalists win it 25-20.

Good to see the new crop of young halfbacks emerging through the ranks. Fakatava's class has been obvious for a while, but the likes of Roe and Collins look to have very bright futures as well.
