That was nearly very, very nice indeed. Despite that it's good to see Bristol playing with more precision than they've managed for a lot of the season.

Lloyd still looks about 12.

Massively disappointing and our seasons over. Expect a clear out of the coaches and a few players besides those who are going. You can't be that predictable in attack, or open on one side of your defence. Our lack of pace was badly exposed.

As an aside - Wayne Barnes was fucking awful tonight, his scrum reffing was an embarrassment.

Sale still undermining themselves with shoddy discipline.
Sheedy is a bit of a drag anchor on this backline, Randradra seems to be a shadow of the player he was last season...quite a few players just sub par at the moment..Piers O'conor was superb last season...this season very meh.

He's been very poor so far this season
Reckon he'll be off to Wales some time soon to pursue his international ambitions with MacGinty arriving at Bristol.

Sheedy is one of several Bristol players who looks a shadow of themself this season and of course in his position it's even more crucial. You can get away with a winger having an average season, not so much with a flyhalf.

AJ is undoubetedly coming in as first choice ten, so if Sheedy has anything about him he'll be looking to go elsewhere.

Quins v Chiefs 7 7 at halftime
Hepburn sent off just before the whistle

Well Hepburn's just made things somewhat difficult for his team after they were looking on the up.

good refereeing. You really see the greater skill in reffing with video assistance compared to the dipshits they have in football.

Fairly scrappy game at Kingston Park, Saints 20-3 up at half time. Several players look like they've got bubonic plague with black pellets stuck on their their faces from the abomination of a pitch.

Though to be fair that was not a difficult decision to make
Not sure what Hepburn was thinking

There can be no complaints about that, as clear a red as you could ever wish for.

As Flats specukates on it, it definitely looked to me like he was deliberately trying to get Marler hurt. Dropping him seemed purposeful.

While Hepburn might have hurt Chiefs numerically, his absence should actually help them in the scrum.

Wrestling finisher stuff there. Probably lucky Marler"s got front row neck and shoulders to help cushion the impact.

Yeah, but none of it was quite so spectacularly crap or harmful as the spooning of apparently gilt edged scoring chances this quarter.

If it wasn't for them winning the league last year, Quins tick every box to be described as 'Spursy'.

Bonus point win for Saints, finished 44-8. Newcastle were pretty awful. Lewis Ludlam is twice the player now than when he was first picked for England, which in Eddie's world means he has no chance of making the side. England should also have a look at Fraser Dingwall before Scotland do.
