To determine whether or not it was racist, there is only one question you need to ask: would the headline have been "Three White players miss" if it had been Kane, Macguire, and Shaw who had missed their penalties?

We all know the answer to that question.

At the risk of defending racists, the headline IS relevant to the story.

If the players had been white, the allegations of racist abuse would not have arisen.

Somewhere in NZ, possibly Otago? Reverse image search doesn't say for sure, and though clicks don't even take me to the image, it keeps getting associated with Otago Daily Times.
