Justifiably, they are getting destroyed here for that
To determine whether or not it was racist, there is only one question you need to ask: would the headline have been "Three White players miss" if it had been Kane, Macguire, and Shaw who had missed their penalties?
We all know the answer to that question.

The penguin was actually tied to the piper's foot to stop it running away and the rope covered in snow
