Yep, should be interesting. Can Argentina keep the same intensity or are they still not quite ready to tick off two big names back-to-back.

I expect the Pumas to play in a focussed and effective manner. Whether the Wobs can successfully counter that we will know beginning in about 23 minutes.

Won’t be easy for the Argies to back up from last week but I wish that all the best.

Ball carrier rewarded for not trying to stay on his feet. Dumbest of all the dumb laws in rugby.

"Rewarded" even. Sp checker!

My pet hate. Apparently rugby is a game to be played by players on their feet.... :problem:

Where the carrier goes to ground because he is brought down or is genuinely trying to make progress, I'm fine. But you see this all the time. Carrier gets held up but lifts his legs off the floor or battles to get a knee down, should be immediate turnover: free kick to defending side.

Didn't that law change?

i.e. used to be only the ball needed to be in play and player being beyond dead ball line was irrelevant?

Not sure, from Aus perspective, turning down all these 3s is a good plan.

Hooper "I'm part of the tackle ref".

Errrr.... yeah, but the player you took out was not.

Yes, left out. Normal painted ones are fine, but when CGI and they disappear between shots breaks a bit of suspense of disbelief.

Wtf is the ref apologising to Hooper, he made the correct call.

If you are holding the ball, then the player must not be in touch or in touch-in-goal. If the player is merely grounding the ball, he can be in touch or in touch-in-goal. I think he had the ball in his hands so it is no try.
