Re: Help. Don't display unflattering portraits of me in the gallery
FFS it seems anyone can call themselves an artist nowadays regardless of a complete lack of ability. I KNOW I've no artistic talent and I'd be mortified if I'd done a daub like that and anyone saw it,

Do you do Jodo? The Jo is my preferred length of staff, I find I can use moves from the Bo and Hanbo using it, I have an oak staff for practice and walnut for posh (God knows why), although I don't practice any of the martial arts I do regularly run some moves/routines taken from various discipline...

Very glad to read your Op was successful. I'd do what the medics say in spite of any temporary downside, as others have said the advances in chemo have been massive. Hope it all works out for you. I've got Multiple Myeloma smoldering in my body which will require chemo at some point to try keep it i...

Re: What's going on in Ukraine?
The Czechs have found another 700,000 artillery shells for Ukraine. Is that in addition to the ones that have already been financed through a round robin collection of EU countries? Yes, 1.5 million shells in total. Excellent. will hopefully buy enough time for production in the EU to get up to spe...

WTAF! So a project that could be argued as a decent success in discovering and developing future SQ URC and International caps, has been binned. Is anything going to replace it? If so, What? Or have the blazers finally managed to force Scottish Rugby into joining them in their colonic self examinati...

Re: Official Wales v Scotland thread
This fixture does my head in, so many times we should have gone to Cardiff and come away with a comfortable win, only for 1. Wales to play above themselves or 2. some very dodgy reffing or 3. we lose the hied.
While being cautiously optimistic this time I won't be surprised to be bitterly let down.

I cut out alcohol at the start of September as part of my trying to get fit, delay being chemo'd and generally being as healthy as I could to stand the ravages. Had a pretty big lapse on Hogmanay , strangely I was less hungover on New Years day than I had any right to expect. Back on the wagon now.

Kinghorn played well, he seems to have developed even more to his game his move to France looks to have been a good one. For me the highlight of the game was the return of the drop goal, anything is better than the boring slug fest of fatties trying to cross the line from 6 inches for 80 minutes. Well done Ford, hopefully this will give Borthwick the idea that maybe dropping Farrell permanently could be a good thing.
