UK food is brilliant. And trad UK food is very similar to Boere kos. Lots of stews, sticky sweet cakes and so forth. Boerewors and pap vs bangers and mash. Potjie vs Irish stew. Vetkoek vs deep fried mars bars.average joe wrote: Wed Jul 21, 2021 1:43 pmThat's all know about British food. People who mash peas and call it food is not right in the noggin. How can you compare a vetkoek with an oily chocolate and who the fok deep fries a chocolate anyways. Imagine the creative thinking in that "I like to eat mars bars all the time but I can't call it a meal, fok, I know, I'll chuck it in some batter, deep fry it and call it dinner". You loose all credibility with mushy peas and deep fried mars bars so I don't need to know anything beyond that.FalseBayFC wrote: Thu Jul 22, 2021 6:58 amUK food is brilliant. And I should have compared the deep fried battered mars bar to a koeksister. Very similar calorie profile and heart clogging characteristics.

You constantly mock my charcoal oven. This morning Mcains is busy shooting an advert in my wifes shop because of the story she has to tell about taking risks when Covid rocked the world and of course because her shop is awesome and heading for a major upgrade to awesomeness. All this from an idea some years ago to have the perfect braai. It smacks of jealousy dude

You sound like a whenwee with a British passport. It actually takes some skill to make a heart stopping koeksister, not so much deep frying a fokkon mars bar.FalseBayFC wrote: Thu Jul 22, 2021 8:31 amaverage joe wrote: Thu Jul 22, 2021 7:32 amHow can you compare a vetkoek with an oily chocolate and who the fok deep fries a chocolate anyways. One of you poms mentioned we were boring and they miss the old Saffas. Chilli decided the only why we could spice (pun intended) things up a bit is to troll you on your cuisine. I guess he thought we had nothing ells as our country is for the most part pretty fucked up right now.ASMO wrote: Thu Jul 22, 2021 9:02 am oi piss off with the food stuff on a rugby thread.....please and thankyou![]()

He needs to actually do something to get carded. I'd go with Faf or Itoje. Or perhaps both at the same time.

They will try and get Eben/Elstadt to do something stupid.

He'll get the keys to the city of Gqeberha in that very unlikely event. In fact, I have more chance of winning tomorrow nights 145 million Power ball.Chilli wrote: Thu Jul 22, 2021 12:51 pm Trevor to scrum Jones's head up his backside.
Elstad to make a try saving tackle to win the test for us.

Nah. He might pick up a yellow for too many breakdown penalties/offsides or a particularly cynical one, but a red would be a shock.

Why don't you show some shots of the corpses of the 200+ people who died last week in that unrest. Prick.
