In the time it takes me to travel to work, Cant lose from a 17 point lead. Would never have happened in the old days.
A combination of the two but he is the man on the field who has the responsibility to correct the ship. I hardly ever see him talking to the players.

They do have a lot of injuries but still, they have been poor. Rightly humiliated by Hawkes.Gumboot wrote: Fri Oct 22, 2021 7:56 am Otago's wins it 22-20.
Where was Canterbury in that second half? They look a bit lost this year.
Yep, even their three early wins were by 3 points or less, and the ref gifted them one of those.Torquemada 1420 wrote: Fri Oct 22, 2021 8:17 amThey do have a lot of injuries but still, they have been poor. Rightly humiliated by Hawkes.Gumboot wrote: Fri Oct 22, 2021 7:56 am Otago's wins it 22-20.

Hawkes are a joy to watch. Even the big men look for space and try to keep the ball alive.

Not good decision making there by Magpies. Shoulda taken the pen into the corner given how their maul is going.

Great stuff
Why was Hawkes game v Cant not a Ranfurly Shield match?

Apparently it was a friendly, not a league match. I switched early in the 2h to watch Japan v Australia
Phew. My dad will be pleased. He’s not got long left, hoping the Bay keep it until then.
Yeah had wondered about that actually. Bloody gutted to see the Stags go down.Kiwias wrote: Sat Oct 23, 2021 9:04 amApparently it was a friendly, not a league match. I switched early in the 2h to watch Japan v Australia

These conditions favour Cant who'd prefer a tight arm wrestle than a game of rugby.
{EDIT} F**k off Marshall. I said it first.
