Tested positive for Covid this morning, so a sound excuse don’t you think?

No other symptoms so far. Tested as part of day 7 close contact.

Ah shit, that’s bad luck. Hope it doesn’t give you any grief.

I’m flying back to NZ on Sunday night. Need a clear PCR test within 48 hrs of flying. I’ve stayed pretty isolated for a month out in the sticks but we have to negotiate Bangkok on the weekend. The last thing I need at this stage is a whiff of the spicy cough.
