Looks awful and very dated.
Also, it doesn't autofit the screen for mobile devices ... which makes sense if it's about a decade old

I absolutely hate that. I always switch to desktop view on any device I have. Just can't stand the auto fit views on any website, yeah the writing's a bit small, but the layout is the way it should be.Leinsterman wrote: Wed Aug 26, 2020 1:48 pm Looks awful and very dated.

They weren't known, but people certainly guessed and threw it out frequently.Carter's Choice wrote: Wed Aug 26, 2020 11:13 amIf you remember that's how it was back then though. None of the Mods weren't known. That changed a decade or so ago.eldanielfire wrote: Wed Aug 26, 2020 11:01 amNah, for years jrp and sefton were accused of being secret mods before they were officially outed. There were far to many convent actions taken in their favour, despite their behaviour in any given argument. It was obvious.Mahoney wrote: Wed Aug 26, 2020 9:52 am Most people didn't know jrp was a mod; he never mentioned it, and his moderation never attracted suspicion. As I recall it only became public knowledge after he decided to stop being one.
Just seen it. I din't know it was 2002 in PR landLeinsterman wrote: Wed Aug 26, 2020 1:48 pm Looks awful and very dated.

Yes, but he didn't quit.Sandstorm wrote: Wed Aug 26, 2020 8:55 amWas Jerpy ever a Mod?Enzedder wrote: Wed Aug 26, 2020 8:00 am As far as "retiring" from being a mod on PR goes, those who voluntarily stopped doing it were Newbie when we were logging in as PR (but then he "hired" Jake and I so he done good); Sefton, Openside, Blindcider, SASP and me (I hope I haven't left anyone out).

Ah right, fair enough.Ymx wrote: Wed Aug 26, 2020 7:52 pm It’s still phpbb they still have to switch it to new forum software.
They just “upgraded” the old forum so they can then switch it to new forum as second step. I think.
God it’s ugly at the mo.

I am pretty sure that's the new bored, Xenforo is also written in php, and this looks identical to the other fora in the family. Upgrade phpbb only takes about 15 mins to do and is an automated process..but what do I knowYmx wrote: Wed Aug 26, 2020 7:52 pm It’s still phpbb they still have to switch it to new forum software.

No, I’m not signing up to that stuff. And Yoyo stiff can’t spell.

That's it alright.
If that is the final version, there is a fundamental lack of common sense and taste going on.
