It's on the Indo site anyway. Whoever it is told people he had cancer and asked for money for treatment.

Meanwhile in KIlkenny the top story appears to be about the malted barley awards.

He's fighting the good fight you losers are too lazy to touch. As for the alleged stammer he deserves every penny. Years of entertainment provided and the day they scored 5-15 I got my hole twice off different girls. Well within 24 hours
Burke is a little evangelical freak, a pest.
Glad he's been cast out of his job, the little nerdalinger.

I reckon paul murphy's horse buggering habit will keep him out of christian heaven. He might sneak into hindu heaven depending on the finer details of his equine relationships.

Homeschooled - does a kid no favours
There should be a social worker checklist which goes:

Parents wish to Home School ?

If True -> Take Child into care, & charge Parents
If False -> Continue

Well given they're only in the 30s now themselves, & we're talking about something that happened 13 years ago, they were pretty young themselves, at the time.

Total stab in the dark, but I wonder if they have a twin ?, & calling them a celebrity is a bit of a reach !

Is the GAA head that took everyone for a ride over his "cancer treatment" not allowed to be named yet?

Given that I'm from the wrong side of the tracks to follow the sport (plus I despise the shite O'Neills shirts with the fucked up colour schemes), how big of player was he back in the day?

He was the biggest in Hurling, when he was playing. He was an incredibly talented player, but obviously a disgusting individual.

He had the inside track with the politicians and had heard rumours that the scam was big and about to be exposed. They tried to hide it for a while longer, Google 'car crashes' and 'covid truthsayers', but the whole edifice was about to come crashing down and he knew it. I see him sometimes now driving his car to the Malahide seashore, opening the door and dipping his toe in the water before speeding off. The shame is so great he has even given up pints
He went off at the deep end alright. Good to hear that he's still getting his toes wet, fully kitted out in his dryrobe

Not a good look.

What's the endgame here? Open the door to Ukranian refugees and expect them all to leave once there is an end to the war? Or is there a labour shortage down south that they will fill?

Either way, I think you need to bring the locals with you on the journey, and not just dump a load of blokes into a rural community without housing or jobs and expect everything to be hunky dory.

Don't think any of these are Ukrainians. Probably wouldn't be a protest if they were.

The country is at saturation point with regard to accommodation. The choice is put these guys up in a disused hotel complex or have them sleep on chairs or on the street. The men mostly don't want to be there either but the alternative is worse.

Not sure what you mean by 'without housing' though.
