Ease up on the misogyny there, sunshine.

Negative gendered terms aren't misogynistic (or misandrist). I have issue with a particular female presenter, not all female presenters. Sara Elgan and Jill Douglas are always welcome as part of BT/TNT's coverage.

If you'd used a negative epithet targeted at someone's skin colour or race you'd have been rightly dragged over the coals for it.

You could have said something about not liking that presenter, but you didn't. You chose to use an epithet that is derogatory towards women, there is no connotation of that word which is positive.

The doubling down and attempt at excusing your use of language is not a good look at all. It would reflect better on you to just admit the use of the term was poor judgement and move on from there.

It's one of the issues I still have with the rugby world, it been getting better and better over the near fifty years I've been involved with rugby, but this sexism is still not acceptable.

We have threads on this board which are just pictures of women's breasts and another one for arses, ffs
I'll take my cues on what's acceptable from the women in my life who actively use the term rather than a rando on the internet tbh.

I don't know man. It's certainly rude and offensive and frankly way over the top for describing someone who's talking on the TV and not ripping off your granny's pension or whatever. However I don't agree that gender specific insults, when aimed at an individual, are misogynistic in nature. That word cannot be used to describe all women after all. Should "bitch" be treated the same, or "Dick" when talking about a man?

"Bitches be crazy" - facetious, but certainly has its misogynistic tones
"That bitch is crazy" - most certainly crude and insulting, but not mysoginistic

Can't see Saints qualifying, in fact Bayonne at home looks like their only potential win.
I think you might have been a bit too pessimistic. Superb win in Glasgow - Saints are playing really well atm. And also a decent side to watch.
Great win!
There's an edge to Saints this season to go with the attacking intent. They should be wwell pleased with that win.

Oof…that team is going to get spit roasted. Wonder what Dobbo is thinking, because I don’t see it.

Going down to Toulon and gutsing out a win at the death like that is huge for such a young side.

I assume Pay sent a weakened team. For all the effort and speed the Sharks are playing with, Pau have little coordination and are giving easy metres.

Rugby definitely seem to get more popular. My brother just informed me that the Bulls vs Saracens game is on tv in Denmark. First time that he can actually watch a bulls game there without needing to find a working stream online 😁

You have too much grumpy Natal Scottish in you, and not enough confident Natal German ancestry.

"Oh no, Poes picked a side, oh no the weather, we're not good enough", no more of this weakness Natal Scotsman! Harden up. Head up, shoulders back, chest out, stomach in.

... Am is having his way with Poes, they cannot stop him.

Not surprised Obano is causing Moore problems. Even for a prop the latter looks like a pub team player, rather than a professional athlete.

Nah its standard the Sharks have played well with a lot of energy, against an opponent that couldn't offer much in response. So *shrugs*

Not sure how a performance like this got a 40 point mailing from the Bulls

I'm shaking my head whilst I read this. Enjoy the win!

Last week was a hard match to watch, but the Bulls are getting close to reaching one of their peaks where they become unplayable in SA. Lets see if Saracens can do anything against them.

Saracens must not try to take on the Bulls physical, need to take it wide.

Farrell and Itoje are definitely not very popular here, have not heard the crowd boo 2 players that badly for a very long time here.

Bulls should run at Saracens more, there are gaps to be exploited looking on from the stands. Bulls 11, 12, 13 and 14 seem to be faster than their counterparts. Louw seem to have found his position at 7. Another good game from him this season.

Doesn't look like Saracens can do anything against them, they're hanging onto the game by their fingertips. Plenty of good sides go to Loftus, find a Bulls side in form and get run over.

Willie is so good, strand hond!

I still remember when the Bulls crowd (and probably the Bulls team) checked Luke Watson's manners so hard, that ol' Watson tried to wade into the crowd swinging!
