I just rewound it to check this out and the Aussie player puts his hand on Ofa's chest, Ofa moving forward makes contact with the player's upper arm with his face (while hitting him in the jaw with his shoulder). Nothing in that I'm afraid.

The lack of arms just speaks to how out of control he was.
