This is a great idea! Would it be possible to programatically apply the punishment for a period of activity rather than a calendar period? So the punished don't get to avoid their punishment by just not logging on for the duration.

I might be wrong but I think there's fewer threads visible per page so it's easier for rugby threads to get "pushed off" by the everything-else threads. Subforums make a bit more sense here.

Thats completely adjustable, i can make it 30 instead of 25 for example, or 100

I was thinking the same thing as JM. More threads would be good. If the size of each thread could be reduced as well, so more fit on a single screen without scrolling.
