Actually the same TMO who ruled out the exact same pass from Reece to Drummond, thus negating the latter's try.
He's clearly never seen this (though you think a panel ref should probably be a complete nerd about knowing this sort of thing).
Two stills showing the location of Akira when he passes the ball, a couple of metres past the 50m line, and Reiko when he catches it, at the 10m line. It travelled perhaps 8m forward, easily explained by momentum given how fast Akira was running. It was a terrible call.
