Re: Ashes / Proteas vs India
India never beat us in a test series in South Africa.
It's a tough place to win for visiting teams, boet.
Love seeing India lose as much as seeing them throw toys out of their pram.
Would you like to explain that?

Could a few of the Indian camp be in trouble after the game? I have just read about their accusations following the Elgar review - you can be unhappy but accusing the broadcaster of cheating is crossing a line.

This is going to be a humdinger of a match. In the first match the ABs appeared to be surprised by the Wallabies physicality but they bounced back in the second match. From an outsider's perspective, you'd have to bring ALB in and shift Goodhue to 13. BB to fullback is a given. Mackenzie is a liability. He can win matches but he can also lose them. Mo'unga played like a punch drunk puppy...you'd have to think he stays and is told to sort his head out. I also think ...

Those are some tasty odds.
I had $20 on Australia to win at $10 in that match the ABs won at the death in Dunedin a few years ago. That hurt me.

I lived in New Mexico and saw heaps of people wearing big fuck off cowboy hats.
I also own an Akubra hat and wear it to the kids rugby or when I'm out in the yard or out fishing. Terrific hats that last a lifetime.

Re: Which player would you like your SR franchise to recruit?
Harry Hockings going with Rodda is a problem. So I concur. Another good lock (not Simmons plz) would be good.
And yeah, a back up flyhalf (which I said earlier). Loosing Pasitoa to the Brumbies hurt a lot. The current 10 for TSS is pretty good but has already been snapped up by an NRL club.

Re: First openly bisexual current rugby player?
As Bungle said, Ian Roberts came out while he was playing but it was well known beforehand. A few players may have used this information to niggle him on the field but he was a terrifically violent man on the field and it typically ended with him belting the snot out of the other player.
