Seem to be Georgia.
Hope you are happy now.
Eh? There were literally no games on the calendar. This tournament is a replacement for the Autumn games that can't happen this year, not a new annual tournament that's going to bloat international fixtures every year. Every single Union needs test rugby desperately right now, I thought you'd be happy to see some.
There is a stupid European Cup from last year to play and irb thinks a few more international games are needed..NotNaki wrote: ↑Wed Sep 09, 2020 9:00 pmEh? The URC will be a good trial run

After the Lions tour I think there is even less than zero interest in Bokke joining the 6N
If you think no crowds, no atmosphere and no “spirit of rugby” are favourable for the 6N, it’s probably best you stay at homesorCrer wrote: ↑Mon Aug 23, 2021 6:18 pmSlick wrote: ↑Mon Aug 23, 2021 5:57 pmI take it that’s a Saffer style joke?OomStruisbaai wrote: ↑Mon Aug 23, 2021 5:09 pm After the Lions tour and RC in tatters maybe it's time that SA Rugby get us in the tournament as soon as possible.

Not surprised. Thoroughly beaten in pretty favorable conditions for the BIL.
Point to any post over the entire 6 weeks where that was claimed. Any post.Chilli wrote: ↑Mon Aug 23, 2021 7:28 pm When one reads the comments made by the Lions supporters one would be lead to believe that in the Tests the Lions played only beautiful running rugby, scoring breathtaking tries from all over the field. No kicking, no up and unders, no grinding forward play, no caterpillars at rucks. One would be lead to believe that it was only the $pringboks who played ugly rugby.
Whereas is the real world the Lions played ugly losing rugby. When the Jock 10 came on they played more attractive rugby, but to no avail.
I'd rather win ugly.
I know we sometimes accuse other fans of being one eyed, but this reads like you've viewed the board with none. There has been a lot of dialogue about how disatisfied we all were with the Lions' style of play. Some of the criticism of Gatland has been downright withering.Chilli wrote: ↑Mon Aug 23, 2021 7:28 pm When one reads the comments made by the Lions supporters one would be lead to believe that in the Tests the Lions played only beautiful running rugby, scoring breathtaking tries from all over the field. There are pages and pages of whining about our tactics. Compare that to the odd mention of Gatlands tactics.Slick wrote: ↑Mon Aug 23, 2021 7:50 pmPoint to any post over the entire 6 weeks where that was claimed. We just don’t want your team or your supporters in the 6N
The talk is 90% about the Boks and 10% about the Lions.sockwithaticket wrote: ↑Mon Aug 23, 2021 8:49 pmI know we sometimes accuse other fans of being one eyed, but this reads like you've viewed the board with none. You confuse the Boks with the $hark$.Chilli wrote: ↑Tue Aug 24, 2021 3:31 amThe talk is 90% about the Boks and 10% about the Lions.sockwithaticket wrote: ↑Mon Aug 23, 2021 8:49 pmI know we sometimes accuse other fans of being one eyed, but this reads like you've viewed the board with none. You write that some of the criticism of Gatland has been downright withering. Yet most of the criticism of Ra$$ie has been downright withering.
Just need some balance.
Herein lies the issue.
The Bulls lost to Benneton. We thought they were the bestChilli wrote: ↑Tue Aug 24, 2021 5:15 amHerein lies the issue.
The very best of the combined strengths of England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales were comprehensively beaten by the $pringboks. Chances are we would win the 6N at a bit of a canter. They would rather not be shown up again, so they would rather keep Italy and maybe add Georgia, Japan and or Tonga / Fiji to keep their winning percentages up.
As much as they have accused us of being bad winners, they are incredibly bad losers.
what has that to do with the 6N? The Bulls are a Provincial Team, playing a Club Team.Sards wrote: ↑Tue Aug 24, 2021 5:17 amThe Bulls lost to Benneton. We thought they were the bestChilli wrote: ↑Tue Aug 24, 2021 5:15 amHerein lies the issue.

Basketball and rugby are different sports.
I am sorry but if the BILs couldnt beat the Springboks with such an outdated gameplan that goes back to 2007 with all the nations at their disposal I really don't want to watch another few years of crashball rugby thanks.....just to prove we can dominate the NH...eventually we will slip into a similar catachonic frame ........
We are wanting to join, and I think it will be better for the 6N that we play rather than Italy, but it seems like the supporters REALLY don't want us.
