I think Bristol will take that at half time - Bulls have squandered their superiority - should have been clear by now.

Benneton is excellent this season.
Newcastle are dogshit but, so it’s not that much of a surprise.
They must be. Benneton will never put up that score in an away match in the URC.
They might against the Welsh. They're dogshit too.
And are there two g’s in Bugger Off?

Bulls leading 10-7 at HT. Their forwards dominate. If they have taken their points they would have been well away. This is going to come back to hurt them. Bristol will fight until the end. van Rensburg has been good for them

The Bulls are so frustrating when playing away. Ending up losing games that they should be winning because they cannot put chances away. Maybe they need a sports psychologist to help them get their minds right for away games.
Should have had at least 2 more tries. Hope it does not come back to bite them in the ass during the 2nd half

Personally I think he's just scored it.

Bulls at last taking some opportunities this 2nd half. Hopefully they get some confidence from this game fir future away games. Glad we did not miss the rested games when it looked like we might in the 1st half. I will be at Loftus for the game next week. Hope for a big game then. But will still be without the boks i think as they are on a bok sanctioned break for 2 weeks

Lots of chat from the Viaplay comms team about Zach Mercer for Scotland. Correct me if I’m wrong but I don’t think he qualifies. He previously qualified because he was schooled in Edinburgh (i.e. on residency) but my understanding was he would have to have been capped while at still living here for the residency qualification to apply. Anyone shed any light?

Correct, he only qualified for Scotland by residency. Shortly after representing Scotland U16s he moved to Bath and has since only been England or France based. He is currently ineligible, to become so he would have to move back to Scotland for the required 5 years.

When the Stormers backs start running, not many teams can stay with them.

Honestly, can someone buy the Sale scrum half a brain..scrum under pressure, so you leave the ball in the scrum instead of getting it out and give away a penalty...thats smart thinking.

They managed to salvage a point - could be important with a home game to come. 3 losses on the trot for them now though - seem to have gone off the boil a bit

They Stormers scrum is something of a beauty. This group is very tight. They are through but need a win next week to try and get a home game..

All the moaning about the SA teams joining the leagues. Think we do rather well. Bring something else to the leagues.

Pretty obviously forward pass allowed to slide for the second Cardiff try.

Quins take the lead with their 3rd. As good as they are ball in hand, they've had the physical edge inside the Cardiff 22 so far.

Smith has been very good. Slick would have to resort to being snarky about the lad's hair, because there's been precious little to criticise in his play.
