Jamie Osborne finally puts a foot wrong in giving away a penalty, he looks the business for a just-turned 21 year old.

It was always expected of him, from how good he was at schools level; but being behind Henshaw was always a bit of an issue

Some of the the attacking from Leinster was terrific, trying to pick who gets the pass is like trying to follow the ball under three cups from a sea - front magician

Yeah cannot break tackles like he used to which leaves him very exposed given his lack of ball skills. Would be ballsy but Borthwick shouldn’t pick him

It's about as straightforward as can be. Shouldn't be any mitigation - always high, leading with the shoulder and so not making a legal tackle in the first place.

There was a change in height, because he was being tackled.

Ah cop on, there was no appreciable change by the time JOD made contact. Besides which, he made absolutely no attempt to get down to a regular tackle height, he was pretty much bolt upright and hitting up with his shoulder.

All I want is consistency, & remove the bullshit arbitrary mitigation, that has a ref depending on a TMO, or a replay that the TV may, or may not have.

Contact with the head == Red card, by which measure both sides would now be justifiably down to 14

I can get on board with that, I sort of preferred the early days of this new drive on head contact where everything was a red because it encouraged more caution from players and at the very least everyone knew what to expect.

That said, now that we do have mitigation frameworks, I can very much see why one was red and the other wasn't. On another day both might have been given, but where Haywood's had some room for debate, I just don't that O'Donoghue's does.

I think we just saw there, in that last bit of play, what JOD was trying to. Munster like to have the 2nd guy come in very upright to stop the offload, & rip the ball; the problem is if they get the timing wrong, you can get the kind of contact that happened.

A bonus point win is all we need. Should qualify then for last 16
Remember Sharks sent a B team to the URC
